This recipe is comfort food that is filling and yummy. Such a great idea for an easy dish after a long day at work or school. It is also very cost-effective for a larger family. Growing up we ate this a lot, and I am in a family of 5. We could easily eat and have seconds. It may sound strange at first, but once you taste it, you will understand how it all comes together for the perfect bite! You can substitute this with vegan mac n cheese, a beef substitute, and vegan cheese. Make sure when you make the 2 mac n cheese boxes, that you do not add the milk into it, only add the butter and cheese as instructed. If you are trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle, you can still make this, just eat a smaller portion! Pairing this with some Italian bread and butter on the side is a great idea!
