I love recipes that are fast and easy. Standing in the kitchen for hours, only to cook one meal, is the last thing I want to do after a long day. This One Pan Meal is just what you need! Chicken coated with delicious spices, along with some soft tasty vegetables. Clean up is easy because you only use one pan! Pop it in the oven, and done! This recipe is flexible with its ingredients and great for a quick dinner!

One Pan Meal

Hibachi Chicken and vegetables are one of my favorite things to eat, and this recipe hits that spot on! That's why I even eat mine with YumYum Sauce. The convenience of this meal is great. You only have to cut up everything, put it on a pan, add some spices, and into the oven, it goes. I love it! You can make this with any type of meat you want, along with other vegetables too. The spices go together so well, it tastes amazing. You can marinate your chicken the night before with anything you want. My recipe avoids having to remember to do that the day before though. The chicken comes out completely cooked, but if you don't want it to dry, put it in the oven for less time, and use a cooking thermometer to ensure it is fully cooked. To check the vegetables for doneness, just poke them with a fork. If it goes in easily, they're done. You can use two pans with twice the ingredients to double the recipe. The portion in my recipe lets me have two full meals. I highly suggest trying this recipe for meal prepping throughout the week! Especially if you are trying out a low-carb lifestyle.

I love to cook, and I don't mind taking my time to cook a full meal. But, this recipe is for someone who doesn't want to take that time. I understand there are tons of parents, students, teens, working people, and more that need a nice quick meal at the end of the day. I have recently been trying to cut out large portions of carbs so this meal has been perfect for that. I might add a side of rice to it one day if I feel like it though! I hope you enjoy this meal and let it help you out one night after a long, possibly stressful day. Or just when you are hungry!
