Want a fun Easter Treat? Maybe one of those Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs? Here's a homemade recipe to make your own at home! This recipe makes a ton more while spending less money. Plus, they are easy to make and take a small amount of time. They are even better than store-bought! Super creamy, mouth-watering, and delicious.

Peanut Butter Cups

These were so fun to make. I picked out a few different silicone molds for these peanut butter cups. At Micheals, I got bunnies, large eggs, flowers, and a bunny cake pop molds. They are super cute and really easy to use. They are small though, with only having 6 spots to use. Amazon has a nice selection as well. I got a large chocolate melting block for these, but you can use candy melts, chocolate chips, or even chocolate bars. Just follow the melting instructions on the packaging. The peanut butter filling for these are amazing. They are so rich but not to the point that they will give you a tummy ache, but they are satisfying enough to want more! These would be great for kids on Easter, to put into their Easter baskets. They are really easy to make, and only take around 1/2 an hour to 1 hour to make, which is mainly prepping. I like knowing what is in my food and candy, especially when giving it to family and children, so these are perfect for a parent to make.

I love this recipe because it is easy and really good. Everyone wants them around Easter. They taste better than the store-bought peanut butter cups. Honestly, I have never been a peanut butter fan. I love chocolate though. I do enjoy the occasional Reese's Cup, but I always get sick from eating too many. My peanut butter cups are addicting and light. The peanut butter isn't extremely rich, so the flavor is better and easier to eat. Knowing what is in my food is an important part of eating for me. I like to know there isn't anything harmful, or any extra bad ingredients in it. You could even make a vegan version of these, using vegan butter and vegan chocolate! Enjoy this recipe, save it for April, and Happy Easter!
