These cookies are perfect for some family time together, or even for a holiday party! I love that these Double Chocolate cookies are not overbearing as far as the amount of chocolate goes.

Double Chocolate Cookie Recipe

These cookies are so simple to make. I love an easy cookie recipe you can just throw together for any occasion. Don't forget to remove the eggs whites when cracking the eggs, we only need the yolks for this one. I chose to use semi-sweet chocolate chips, but you can use any kind of chocolate chips such as dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or even white chocolate.

I really enjoyed these cookies. They definitely cure any chocolate cravings you have! I would highly recommend these to someone who needs a delicious cookie in their life!
