These cookies allow you to take your brownie game to the next level. I love how quick and easy it is to make these cookies. As you can see, you only need a boxed brownie mix and a few other ingredients. Then you roll out those dough balls. The best way to do this, because of how sticky the dough is, is to rub some powdered sugar onto your hands before rolling the balls out. Once you cover each ball of dough with powdered sugar, they're ready to jump into the oven! They come out so nice and warm. With the exact taste of brownies. MMM. I might have to go eat one right now!

I found out about brownie cookies a few years back, and have been making them every year during the holidays. They have become a staple treat in our home. I love brownies, but never seem to have them on hand. So, making these cookies gives me an excuse to whip out a box of brownies and put it to good use.
