Grinch Thumbprint Cookie Recipe

These cookies are so cute and perfect for Grinchmas! I love the soft texture of them. They are compared to a thicker sugar cookie. Don't forget to chill the cookie dough in the fridge for 1 hour or else they will spread when you bake them. You can add a red candy melt or white chocolate dyed red, into the indent in the middle. I melted my candy melt and then spooned it in, but a circular candy melt will melt in there just fine as long as you put t on right away!
